The University Of Wisconsin-Madison is giving a new meaning to backpackers when it comes to hip-hop. The Big Ten school is adopting the “each one teach one” ethos prevalent in the culture and devoting a semester-long fall lecture series to both the art and scholarship of hip-hop.
